IronProof accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator — the equipment dealer you work for. The quickest route is to ask that administrator to remove your account. If you would rather deal with us directly, send the request below and we will process it with your organization.
How to request deletion
- Ask your organization's IronProof administrator to remove your account — this is the fastest route; or
- Fill in the form on this page, or email us, and we will confirm your identity with your organization and carry out the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials, including any passkey registered to your devices.
- Your profile: name, work email address and phone number.
- Device identifiers and diagnostic records associated with your account.
- Any personal information you submitted through useironproof.com, such as a demo request.
What your organization may keep
- Inspection records you created for your organization, including the photos, video, signatures and readings in them. These are your organization's business records of the machines it inspected; they are kept under your organization's agreement with us and may continue to show your name as the person who performed the inspection, where the law permits.
- Information we must keep to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements, for as long as that purpose requires.
How long it takes
We acknowledge every request within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your identity with your organization. We will tell you when it is done.
